Ever since i started eating healthier to change my life and lose some weight. I started reading books about food trying to learn how foods affect our mood our bodies and ultimately our happiness. there are two books that really stood out to me . this one and another i will speak about later in another post.

I urge you to check it out of your library you may find it has a wait list. yes, it is that good.

My family has had the book for a few weeks now. when we sit down to eat we read the book along with eating. learning how the vegetables we are eating is boosting our bodies and minds. the kids really enjoyed it. this is the amazon spiel written better than i ever could.
