I have even switched my coffee cream to heavy cream as it has no sugar content per serving.
It is difficult to keep eating variety and to feel satisfied and full. but the weight i have lost and will continue to lose is well worth it. priceless even. i feel one million percent healthier. without all the pasta, cookies, chips, crackers, breads, condiments, i have learned new ways to make old favorites and it makes this way of life easier to accomplish and the results speak for them selves. I have lost 25 lbs so far and i will lose more. but more importantly my moods are evening out and i have more energy than could have ever imagined. I keep variety by trying new vegetables.headlyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05916182007997771665noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3417970916635324151.post-71023859512009720032008-10-01T00:55:00.000-03:002008-10-01T00:55:00.000-03:00So you've cut all sugar out of your diet, or just ...So you've cut all sugar out of your diet, or just the obvious stuff? Nothing with sugar in it at all? I tried this and found it really really hard. Really limited my food choices. It's been a long time...might be better now.

Did you like the dandelion greens? My grandma used to make them with sausage gravy. Called it wilted greens. :O LOL! How can I take these wonderful nutrient-rich greens and fatten them up real good? Cook them in greasy, salty, pork sausage gravy! Although, she was frugal. She gathered them from the lawn!

Ever had dandelion wine? I found it bitter...though it just might have been that batch.CannedAmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08312333323225187964noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3417970916635324151.post-67150600008425287262008-09-30T20:40:00.000-03:002008-09-30T20:40:00.000-03:00i bought a speghetti squash tonight. gonna have th...i bought a speghetti squash tonight. gonna have that soon.headlyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05916182007997771665noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3417970916635324151.post-48483751420988840942008-09-30T20:34:00.000-03:002008-09-30T20:34:00.000-03:00i bought them. quite reasonably priced for what ...i bought them. quite reasonably priced for what you get. will be buying them againheadlyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05916182007997771665noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3417970916635324151.post-43130318802807903132008-09-30T19:03:00.000-03:002008-09-30T19:03:00.000-03:00Do you buy them, or pick them yourself?
